Through the container of contact improvisation, we will explore rolling points, weight shifting and sharing and how to communicate with and receive information from another body. We will approach these concepts with a sense of playfulness, curiosity and experimentation, with gravity, falling and flying. Contact improvisation allows for an exploration of deep listening to the self in contact with another, and tuning in to layers of somatic information.
